About the role
Rotana is seeking enthusiastic interns to join its Front Office team starting in October 2026. This internship offers a practical introduction to the hospitality industry within a professional hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a minimum 6‑month training period (up to 12 months) in the Front Office department.
- Participate in development programmes tailored to trainee needs.
- Receive regular guidance, coaching and feedback from the Learning & Development department and the departmental training coordinator.
- Gain exposure to daily front‑office operations and guest service standards.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a recognised Hotel Management school or university.
- Strong passion for the hospitality sector.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Professional personal presentation.
