Front Office Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office and Rooms teams at its luxury beachfront resort. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue through effective management of reservations and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment, encouraging communication and teamwork across departments.
• Delegate tasks, coach team leaders and managers, and support professional growth.
• Oversee the Opera system, maintaining accurate profiles, reservations, and regular clean‑up.
• Analyze Guest Satisfaction Reports and implement service improvements.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback in line with company standards.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, optimizing revenue and controlling expenses.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Sales, and Housekeeping to meet guest needs.
• Ensure adequate resources, provide training, and manage duty schedules for 24‑hour coverage.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and lead by example in delivering exceptional service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in front office or hotel operations management.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage budgets in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in Arabic (preferred).
