Service Crew – Retail/F&B Team Member

About the role

The Service Crew member supports the store by delivering fast, friendly service to guests and helping maintain a clean, inviting environment. This full‑time position is essential for generating sales and upholding the brand’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest within 5 seconds at the front counter or drive‑thru and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Take and accurately process orders, following the Always Fresh procedure to ensure product quality.
• Maintain speed‑of‑service targets while working with urgency during peak periods.
• Handle cash, credit cards, vouchers and automatic debits, issue receipts, refunds or change, and balance the cash till at shift start.
• Keep the dining area, parking lot and front counter clean, organized and stocked.
• Perform regular temperature checks of products and record them in the Time & Temperature Log.
• Participate in store meetings, follow all restaurant policies and complete sanitation tasks as directed.
• Execute service recovery promptly for any guest concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
