Front‑of‑House & Kitchen Team – Pre‑Opening Roles

About the role

We are building the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams for the pre‑opening of a new 100‑seat restaurant in Adliya, Manama. The concept blends casual dining with a premium steakhouse, inspired by Nordic and medieval European traditions. Join us from day one and help shape the guest experience and culinary identity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent performance in your assigned FOH or kitchen section.
• Support the restaurant’s concept, standards, and guest experience throughout service.
• Maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, safety and presentation.
• Follow kitchen and service procedures, ensuring consistency and cleanliness.
• Contribute to the pre‑opening phase by preparing mise en place, setting up stations and supporting operational discipline.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality F&B and restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team‑oriented, disciplined and detail‑focused attitude.
• Professionalism, reliability and passion for food quality.
