Gardener – Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Gardener to maintain the appearance and functionality of our property grounds in Manama, Bahrain. You will ensure that all outdoor areas, from lawns to fountains, reflect a high standard of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the overall appearance of the property grounds, including fountains, planters, and other features.
• Plant, replace, and transplant flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs.
• Water, weed, trim, and perform routine maintenance on flower beds, baskets, and boxes.
• Trim, prune, and edge grass in hard‑to‑reach areas and maintain lawns through mowing, edging, and leaf removal.
• Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems.
• Operate dump trucks, tractors, and other utility vehicles to transport equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Clean, refuel, and perform basic maintenance on all equipment after use.
• Collect and bag trash from exterior bins and assist with snow/ice removal when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related grounds‑keeping or landscaping experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces.
