GCC Sales Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced GCC Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for its ultra‑luxury resort. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has a proven record of exceeding targets in the GCC region, and thrives in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the GCC market.
• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities across the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Ensure revenue and cost controls are maximised through proactive actions.
• Report on industry and local market trends, and maintain accurate lead information.
• Negotiate and sign contracts in line with the hotel’s rate policy.
• Serve as the primary contact for external clients and manage escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong network of contacts within the GCC region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
