General Manager – Gulf Region

About the role

The General Manager leads Pramac’s joint venture with A. Juffali & Brothers across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Reporting to the Regional General Manager for APAC & Middle East, the role carries full P&L responsibility for sales and manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, focusing on market growth and customer acquisition.
• Build, lead and develop the local sales organisation and channel‑partner network.
• Oversee the setup and operational management of the Bahrain manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and efficiency standards.
• Manage full profit‑and‑loss accountability across sales and production functions.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply‑chain and quality teams to align production capacity with market demand.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales management and operational leadership within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of the power‑generation sector, including diesel and gas generator sets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and complex business operations.
