General Technician – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

The General Technician ensures that all hotel facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Working within Accor’s hospitality environment, you will support guests by maintaining a high‑standard, functional property.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on all building facilities and equipment.
• Identify safety issues throughout the property and take immediate corrective action.
• Assist guests with information and support regarding hotel facilities.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and other systems to guarantee a safe environment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Technical support and maintenance background is mandatory.
