About the role

This 24‑month Graduate Development Program begins in September 2026 and offers a structured learning curriculum across risk, strategy and people functions. Participants will gain regional exposure, work alongside industry experts, and contribute to client projects that have a global impact.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through risk, strategy and people teams to acquire best‑practice knowledge.
• Support client engagements and internal projects with analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate with the right to work in Bahrain.
• Arabic native speaker with strong command of English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• High resilience, emotional intelligence and a proactive learning mindset.
• Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and results orientation.
• Problem‑solving, negotiation and logical commercial thinking.
• Adaptability, learning agility and a proactive attitude.
