About the role

The Guest Cleanliness Expert is responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience for hotel guests by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas. This full‑time, on‑site position works within the Sheraton family of hotels, supporting the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to Sheraton quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts and delivering amenities as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all company policies and procedures.
• Handle objects up to 50 lb without assistance, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Uphold confidentiality, professional appearance, and clear communication at all times.
