Guest Experience Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Experience Supervisor ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain by leading a multilingual front‑office team and overseeing all guest‑contact functions. This role combines operational oversight, financial accuracy, and proactive guest service to uphold the ultra‑luxury standards of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily activities of the guest‑service team to meet satisfaction targets.
• Prepare and manage duty rosters for optimal manpower utilization.
• Accurately record guest arrival details and post charges to individual or group folios.
• Obtain credit‑card approvals, process PPV bills, and handle money‑changing transactions in line with hotel policy.
• Close each shift, balance cash floats, and ensure precise billing at checkout.
• Manage key inventory, respond to guest complaints, and initiate appropriate follow‑up actions.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, and develop subordinate staff; assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures; uphold professional appearance and conduct.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.
