Head of Advisory

About the role

The Head of Advisory will establish Braxtone Advisory as a trusted, high‑growth partner to insurance‑sector boards, executive teams, regulators and investors across the GCC. The role combines strategic leadership, business development and delivery excellence to drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the advisory business strategy, annual plan and three‑year growth roadmap aligned with group priorities.
• Own the practice P&L, managing revenue, gross margin, utilization, headcount and operating costs.
• Originate and convert new assignments through market credibility, executive relationships and targeted campaigns.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic engagements, ensuring quality, client confidence and commercial performance.
• Develop and lead service offerings across insurance strategy, transformation, claims, regulatory advisory, digital and M&A.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in insurance advisory or consulting, with a strong network of board‑level and C‑suite contacts in the GCC.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high‑performing teams, design resource models and foster an inclusive, high‑integrity culture.
• Experience delivering complex projects, managing budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.
