Project Manager – Digital Banking

About the role

The client, a leading bank in Bahrain, seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive digital banking initiatives. The role involves end‑to‑end project lifecycle management using Agile and PMI/PMP methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control and close medium to large‑scale technology and digital banking projects.
• Maintain RAID logs, develop project schedules, budgets, resource forecasts and capacity plans.
• Prepare executive‑level status reports, dashboards, KPI tracking and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support governance committees, ensure compliance with PMO standards and manage stakeholder communication.
• Oversee project financials, cost‑benefit analysis, budget utilization and expenditure tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of project management experience, preferably in banking or digital banking.
• Proven experience handling executive stakeholders and governance committees.
• Strong background in project budgeting, forecasting, reporting and resource management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
