Head of Information Technology

About the role

The Head of Information Technology leads the Group’s overall technology strategy, overseeing both the YooPlatform ecosystem and internal IT operations. This senior position works closely with business stakeholders to ensure technology investments drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Group’s technology vision, roadmap and long‑term architecture.
• Lead the design, development and evolution of the YooPlatform ecosystem and super‑app.
• Establish software engineering best practices, coding standards and quality assurance frameworks.
• Manage internal IT systems, end‑user support, infrastructure, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Set cybersecurity policies, controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Drive automation and digital transformation across internal functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles, managing large‑scale platforms and internal IT environments.
• Strong ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with product, operations and commercial teams.
