Heating & Air Conditioning Service Technician

About the role

Intercol Electro Mechanical Services is looking for a skilled Heating & Air Conditioning Service Technician to join its electro‑mechanical division in Manama. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC/R systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC/R equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and carry out precise repairs.
• Inspect components to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to service calls and document all technical work.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimise system performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of Gulf/GCC experience in HVAC/R servicing.
• Local candidate in Bahrain with a valid NOC.
• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or electro‑mechanical engineering.
• Valid driving licence is highly preferred.
• Professional communication skills with clients.
