Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Guest Environment Specialist

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will create memorable, clean experiences for hotel guests. You will be empowered to move throughout the property, respond to guest requests, and maintain high standards of hygiene in rooms and public areas. The role requires a hands‑on approach, physical stamina and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies.
• Clean guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public spaces to brand standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality, quality standards and professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit or move for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull or place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to follow company policies, procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
• Professional uniform, personal appearance and communication skills.
• Focus on delivering consistent, high‑quality guest experiences.
