HR Business Partner (Bahrain & UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to manage day‑to‑day HR operations across Bahrain and the UAE. The role will act as a trusted partner to assigned departments, delivering proactive, business‑focused advice throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business heads and managers to translate operational priorities into practical people plans.
• Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, performance, engagement, retention and workforce planning.
• Lead induction, onboarding, probation follow‑up and exit processes, ensuring timely completion of all formalities.
• Support succession planning, talent development and workforce insights in collaboration with business leaders.
• Coach managers on people decisions, feedback conversations, documentation standards and policy application.
• Identify and drive HR process improvement initiatives and regional efficiency projects.
• Assist with organisational change, HR transformation and continuous improvement programmes.
• Coordinate training needs, liaise with vendors and manage learning documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with line managers and business leaders on HR matters.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements in the GCC.
• Ability to use HR data and employee insights to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
