HR Business Partner – Bahrain & UAE

About the role

The HR Business Partner will manage day‑to‑day HR operations for our Bahrain and UAE locations, ensuring HR policies, procedures and HRIS records are administered accurately. Acting as a trusted advisor to assigned departments, you will support the full employee lifecycle and partner with line managers to drive performance, engagement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business heads to translate operational priorities into practical people plans.
• Provide HR advisory on employee relations, performance management, talent development and workforce planning.
• Lead onboarding, induction, probation monitoring and exit processes.
• Support succession planning and provide workforce insights to senior leaders.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements and regional initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, manage vendor relationships and track training outcomes.
• Maintain HR communications, conduct one‑to‑one sessions and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Assist internal audits and support sales teams with pre‑qualification documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations within the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of Bahrain and UAE employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data to identify trends and risks.
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers on performance and employee engagement.
