HR Coordinator

About the role

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, assisting with onboarding, employee records, government relations, and staff welfare initiatives during the pre‑opening phase.

Key responsibilities

• Assist pre‑opening staff arrivals: flight bookings, airport pickups, housing allocation, welcome kits, and medical/visa scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork, create employee files, register staff in the HRIS, and manage time‑and‑attendance tracking.
• Prepare documentation for work permits, residency visas, CPR applications, and occupational health checks in liaison with the Public Relations Officer.
• Support staff housing operations, cafeteria logistics, employee recognition programs, and departmental events.
• Maintain updated employee records, respond to staff inquiries, prepare employment certificates, and aid monthly HR reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of HR administrative experience in hospitality, preferably with pre‑opening exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, confidentiality and fluent business communication in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
