HR Lead / General Manager (Remote)

About the role

The HR Lead / General Manager will direct all human‑resources functions for Golden Oil Refinery. This full‑time remote position is responsible for shaping HR policy, driving recruitment, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Administer benefits, maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, culture development and organizational change.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and corporate standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle HR operations in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, compliance requirements and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
