Retained Recruiter / Marketing Retainer Consultant

About the role

We are looking for commercially minded, relationship‑focused professionals to join us as either a Retained Recruiter or a Marketing Retainer Consultant. In both positions you will build long‑term partnerships with clients, understand their strategic objectives, and deliver high‑quality recruitment or marketing solutions that support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through retained recruitment or marketing engagements.
• Consult with clients to capture organisational structures, hiring or branding needs, business goals and market positioning.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies, talent searches, candidate pipelines and employer‑branding initiatives (Recruiter role).
• Create marketing strategies, action plans and campaign recommendations, coordinate multi‑channel activities and analyse performance data (Marketing role).
• Provide regular market insights, talent intelligence or campaign performance updates and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records, handle confidential information and ensure professional communication throughout the engagement.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and a focus on building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Ability to understand client business objectives, operational challenges and growth priorities.

Required skills

• Proven experience in retained recruitment processes, talent sourcing and candidate pipeline management.
• Proven experience in developing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns and analysing performance metrics.
