Human Resources Information System Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Specialist to join our HR team. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, technology partners, and external vendors to enhance HR systems, streamline processes, and drive adoption of solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document HR business requirements.
• Analyze, design, and optimize HR processes and workflows.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, and system validation activities.
• Create SOPs, process maps, user guides, and functional documentation.
• Deliver user training and support change adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to implement system enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a functional role on enterprise HRIS platforms.
• Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
• Hands‑on ownership of UAT and functional testing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive HR process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GCC regional HR practices and compliance requirements.
