ICT Delivery & Project Management Lead - Cloud Services

About the role

This role oversees the delivery of Cloud services, ensuring smooth implementation and operation while maximizing subscriber satisfaction and retention. It covers DevOps and security practices within cloud services delivery. The position is open to someone who can work with architecture and engineering teams to design scalable software services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage the delivery of Cloud services, including setup, configuration and maintenance, to meet subscriber needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Cloud services into existing infrastructure and workflows
• Monitor and optimize Cloud service performance, fixing issues and bottlenecks to ensure reliability and scalability
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to subscribers and internal teams
• Maintain documentation such as installation guides, troubleshooting procedures and best practices
• Implement DevOps practices to automate deployment, testing and monitoring, with continuous integration and delivery
• Apply security best practices and compliance measures, including identity and access management, encryption and vulnerability assessments
• Develop and launch new Managed Cloud service offerings, defining requirements and coordinating launches
• Work with vendors and partners on service delivery standards and technical challenges
• Take part in training and development, and perform other duties assigned by higher management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• PMP certification (Project Management Professional)
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Cloud services delivery or a related field, including DevOps and security practices
