Interior Design Sales Specialist

About the role

The Interior Design Sales Specialist will work on‑site in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain, consulting clients on high‑end interior solutions such as flooring, sanitary ware and tiles. The role involves creating design proposals, presenting product options and managing the sales cycle from first contact to post‑sale follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand design preferences, functional needs and budget.
• Prepare design proposals, space plans and quotations for interior products.
• Present product options and recommend suitable flooring, sanitary ware, tiles and related solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Track sales activities, stay updated on product lines and market trends.
• Support promotional activities and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in interior design and space planning.
• Proven sales experience in interiors or building materials with a record of meeting targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in the GCC market or with high‑end interior products is an asset.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (or similar design software).
• SketchUp (or similar 3‑D modelling tool).
• Basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
