Oracle Operations Functional Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Operations Functional Consultant will own the functional design and delivery of Oracle Maintenance, asset management, facilities, job orders and GIS/Spatial processes. You will shape processes, configure modules, and ensure seamless integration with specialist solutions while supporting migration and reporting needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle Maintenance and related modules to meet asset, work‑order, preventive‑maintenance, service‑history and vendor planning requirements.
• Lead fit‑gap analysis and product‑boundary decisions between Oracle Maintenance/APEX and Primavera Unifier/FAM specialist solutions.
• Define GIS/Spatial requirements for asset visualization, location search, overlays, spatial analytics and location‑based operational reporting.
• Coordinate master‑data ownership across facilities, IT asset and operational systems to avoid duplication.
• Own domain reporting, KPI dashboards, and acceptance criteria; lead SIT/E2E/UAT testing and defect resolution.
• Prepare training inputs, support release readiness and validate segregation of duties for request, approval, execution and asset administration.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Maintenance/Assets/Service and facilities‑processes.
• Strong operational asset‑management knowledge covering lifecycle, hierarchy, maintenance plans and service history.
• Deep experience in work‑order and preventive‑maintenance processes, including planning, execution and SLA controls.
• Proven ability to make product‑boundary decisions between Oracle, APEX and specialist platforms.
