IT Support Officer

About the role

Alzayani Investments is looking for a versatile IT Support Officer who can bridge traditional enterprise IT and modern smart‑device ecosystems. You will be the escalation point for complex issues while owning the configuration, support, and maintenance of a wide range of personal and connected devices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end Level 1‑3 technical support for hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain iOS and Android smartphones, tablets, and personal computers.
• Install and support Smart TVs, media streaming boxes (Apple TV, Android TV) and smart home/office automation systems.
• Maintain ELV infrastructure, including IP CCTV cameras and access‑control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN and complex Wi‑Fi connectivity issues, including L2/L3 troubleshooting of switches, routers and access points.
• Assist with Windows Server administration – Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Keep accurate IT inventory, document configurations and coordinate with vendors for specialised repairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the investment or financial sector.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Proactive attitude with effective task‑prioritisation.

Required skills

• Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
