Itinerary Assistant – Remote Travel Coordination

About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Itinerary Assistant to support our travel planning and schedule coordination efforts. Working remotely, you will help ensure travelers receive accurate, up‑to‑date itineraries and a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage travel itineraries and schedules.
• Coordinate bookings, reservations, and related travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of travel plans and supporting documentation.
• Research travel options, accommodations, transportation, and local information.
• Respond to travel‑related inquiries and provide administrative support.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Monitor travel schedules and assist with contingency planning when needed.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and required travel documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in travel coordination, administration, customer service, or similar support roles.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using online booking tools.
