Jewelry Sales Associate

About the role

We are a growing jewelry company seeking a passionate and well‑presented Jewelry Sales Associate. You will welcome customers, help them choose pieces that match their style and budget, and deliver a personalized buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process, providing product knowledge on materials, designs, gemstones and craftsmanship.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, encourage repeat business and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring accurate product information and recommendations.
• Keep the showroom and displays clean, organized and properly presented.
• Process sales transactions, payments, invoices and related documentation with precision.
• Assist with stock management, inventory checks, product transfers and replenishment.
• Support VIP appointments, events, promotions and special sales activities while following security procedures for high‑value items.

Required profile

• Previous experience in jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, watches or premium products is preferred.
• Strong interest and knowledge of jewelry, gemstones and precious metals.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Well‑presented, detail‑oriented and comfortable dealing with high‑value customers.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and special events.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems
• Familiarity with CRM systems
