Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow our most important client relationships across the GCC region. Based remotely, you will work from anywhere while focusing on strategic accounts, primarily in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with strategic key accounts.
• Develop account strategies to maximise revenue and retention.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare forecasts and account performance reports.
• Travel as needed to meet key clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management.
• Proven track record of growing and retaining key accounts.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience working in the GCC region.
• Comfortable with remote work and self‑management.
