Lady in Red – Residence Ambassador

About the role

The Lady in Red is the iconic Residence Ambassador for Kempinski, acting as an extended arm of the General Manager. The role welcomes, meets, and farewells residents and guests, ensuring the highest quality of service and immediate decision‑making for guest well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Support and assist the front desk and concierge to deliver smooth, prompt service.
• Substitute the Front Office Duty Manager when absent.
• Handle resident and guest comments, complaints, and follow‑up resolutions.
• Maintain fire‑exit safety and ensure compliance with Kempinski Health & Safety policies.
• Coordinate with all departments, ensuring prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition for residents and guests.
• Keep residence information accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Promote in‑house sales and facilities to maximize revenue.
• Inspect front‑ and back‑of‑house areas for cleanliness and safety, reporting faults.
• Assist security personnel and respond to operational requests.
• Conduct efficient hand‑over with incoming team members.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in Bahrain.
• Higher education in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in Front Office, preferably within a 5‑star property or residence.
• Proven track record with career progression.
• Mature, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work and communicate in a multicultural environment; additional languages are a plus.
