Lady Technician – HVAC & Facilities

About the role

This full‑time position supports the mechanical and electrical systems of a luxury hotel in Manama. The role is focused on maintaining comfortable indoor environments, ensuring equipment reliability, and delivering high‑quality service to guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Track and analyze energy and utilities usage, calibrating controls, gauges and meters.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and electronic wiring.
• Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all company safety, security, and environmental policies; report hazards and incidents.
• Provide courteous guest service, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
• Identify and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, safety, and cost‑savings.
• Execute physically demanding tasks such as lifting, moving, and working at heights.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC/facilities maintenance.
• No supervisory experience required.
• EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver’s licence.
• HVAC certification.
