About the role

The Legal & Compliance Assistant will support the Legal & Compliance function in ensuring that Swan International Assistance’s operations adhere to regulations, laws and internal policies. This trainee position offers exposure to contract management, regulatory filings, AML/CFT processes and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review and maintain contracts, service agreements, NDAs and vendor agreements.
Conduct legal research and support AML/CFT processes.
Assist with regulatory compliance, track deadlines and maintain compliance trackers.
Help draft, update and maintain internal policies and procedures.
Log and track complaints, and support regulatory correspondence, examinations and audits.
Prepare board and committee papers, minutes and statutory registers for corporate governance.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related discipline.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail, discretion and sound judgement.
Well‑organized and deadline‑driven.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
