Logistics Analyst – OCONUS Support (Kuwait)

About the role

Serco is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join its Kuwait‑based team supporting the Integrated Fires Rapid Capabilities Office (IFRCO) and other government customers. The role involves managing supply chain, inventory control and asset visibility for OCONUS operations in a challenging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplies and conduct warehousing functions to support government and military operations.
• Inventory, package, ship, retrograde, transport and maintain accountability of government property.
• Document receipt, storage and shipment of equipment and systems.
• Prepare assets for DLA‑DA (DRMO) turn‑in and support equipment disposition.
• Utilize commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) and government logistics databases to move systems within the theater.
• Generate logistical reports and communicate transactions using standard computer applications.

Required profile

• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of supply and warehouse management experience in government or military settings, or a high school diploma with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75 % OCONUS and lift 35 lb unassisted.
• Valid U.S. passport.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using COTS logistics databases, COLTS and DPAS.
• Knowledge of DLA‑DA (DRMO) processes, IUID/RFID tagging and HAZMAT handling.
• Forklift operation experience.
