Luxury Automotive Sales Executive

About the role

Euro Motors is expanding its luxury automotive division and seeks a results‑driven Sales Executive to represent premium brands such as MINI, Land Rover, Rolls‑Royce, Ferrari and Maserati. You will act as a trusted advisor to high‑net‑worth clients, managing a portfolio of high‑value vehicles and delivering an exceptional brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow‑up, networking and prospecting.
• Present, promote and sell a range of luxury vehicles to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets within the agreed timeframe.
• Provide accurate product information, quotations and financing advice.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight features and benefits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Stay informed on product developments, market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the luxury automotive sector.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
