About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a dedicated Male Spa Therapist to join its luxury spa team. The successful candidate will deliver a range of body treatments, ensuring each guest experiences peace, relaxation and the high standards associated with the Four Seasons brand.

Key responsibilities

• Perform massage and body treatments in accordance with established protocols and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean, quiet and well‑organized treatment environment.
• Provide guests with information about spa services and retail products.
• Adhere to hotel policies, health and safety regulations and local legislation.
• Record treatments in the logbook and manage the daily schedule.
• Collaborate with other departments, attend training sessions and support flexible staffing needs.

• Professional appearance and personal hygiene meeting Four Seasons standards.
• Punctuality and ability to wear the prescribed uniform and name badge.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Willingness to follow the employee handbook and adapt to operational changes.
