Senior Supervisor – Cantina Kahlo

About the role

The Cantina Kahlo Mexican Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead the front‑of‑house team. You will ensure seamless service, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming, attire, and overall appearance of team members.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Maintain organized storage areas, enforce FIFO, and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee coaching.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and report incidents.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lb and standing for long periods.
