Manager Sales Operations & Strategy

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a results-driven sales performance professional to monitor KPI-based performance, ensure SOP compliance and lead data-driven initiatives that optimise key account growth and engagement across regions. The role works cross-functionally to run impactful campaigns, deliver performance reporting and build strong relationships with strategic stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse sales performance that is KPI driven.
• Ensure SOP compliance by the sales team and optimise SOPs based on learnings from sales, logistics, finance and training.
• Define projects that improve key accounts' performance, engagement and satisfaction.
• Run regular business reviews so key accounts see their performance across the country.
• Take part in regional campaigns that affect both branding and sales performance.
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports to track KPIs and SOPs, and roll out reports to the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders of strategic partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of BI/analytics experience with exposure to sales.
• Project and program management experience, covering phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks.
• Product sales expertise in the web technology sector, at strategic, operational and tactical levels.
• Excellent organisational and people skills, able to prioritise, solve problems, multi-task and work independently.
