Marketing Executive

About the role

As a Marketing Executive you will support the implementation of the hotel’s marketing, communications and digital initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and effective campaign execution. You will work closely with internal departments, external agencies and suppliers to promote the resort, enhance brand visibility and drive guest engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining brand standards and ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and public‑relations efforts.
• Coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns, liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
• Help organise photoshoots, media visits and promotional events.
• Create and update content for brochures, newsletters, website pages and social media platforms.
• Support media communications and prepare promotional materials.
• Assist with internal communication initiatives and announcements.
• Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website updates, social media channels, email campaigns and online listings.
• Support SEO, paid advertising and social‑media activities as directed.
• Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Support CRM initiatives, email marketing campaigns and guest‑communication programmes.
• Maintain guest database accuracy and marketing distribution lists.
• Assist in planning and executing hotel events, promotions and partnership activations.

Required profile

• Proactive and detail‑oriented individual able to support marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal departments and external agencies.
• Strong written communication skills for creating marketing content and internal communications.
