Marketing Executive

About the role

Join Zayani Motors, a leading automotive company in Bahrain, as a Marketing Executive. You will support the Marketing Manager in boosting brand visibility for world‑renowned automotive brands through digital, PR, and event initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update company websites and social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor KPIs, ROI, and generate performance reports.
• Handle social media crises and customer complaints professionally.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and test‑drive experiences for press and influencers.
• Manage venue bookings, material orders, invitations, and media relationships.
• Coordinate with vendors for production, printing, and installation of marketing collateral.
• Liaise with creative, PR agencies, and brand managers to meet campaign needs.
• Prepare media plans, reports, and presentations as directed.
• Maintain departmental documentation, databases, and brand asset libraries.
• Perform administrative tasks such as writing purchase orders and following up with accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proactive team player capable of handling high‑pressure situations and crisis management.
