Marketing Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing to lead the planning, coordination and execution of digital marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, attract target audiences and generate leads. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on implementation across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated digital campaigns across search, social, email, website, content and online advertising platforms.
• Manage campaign calendars, set objectives, create promotional activities and ensure alignment with business priorities and brand guidelines.
• Oversee creation and distribution of digital content such as social posts, website copy, email newsletters, articles, landing pages and other marketing communications.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging and timely delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, lead generation, ROI) and use insights to optimise budgets and improve results.
• Maintain digital marketing calendars, support SEO initiatives, conduct market and competitor research and identify emerging trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, content marketing and brand communication.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent organisational, coordination and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with digital marketing channels including social media, search engines, email marketing, websites and online advertising.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and campaign performance analysis.
