Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the optimisation of our marketing stack, from technology selection to lead management and conversion initiatives. You will work cross‑functionally to improve trial and upsell performance while driving e‑commerce bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement new marketing technologies.
• Lead integration of marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Manage incoming leads and coordinate hand‑off to sales.
• Plan and execute strategies to improve trial and upsell conversion rates.
• Design, build, and maintain reports on e‑commerce activity.
• Execute and measure conversion tests and experiments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise landing pages and marketing funnels.
• Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Optimise user funnels and instrument conversion points.
• Assess emerging technologies for potential adoption.

Required profile

• BS/MS degree in finance, economics, mathematics, science, marketing or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce.
• Proven experience optimising landing pages and user funnels.
• Strong knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (preferred).
• Up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
