Marketing Operations Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the optimisation of our marketing stack and conversion processes. In this role you will own technology implementation, lead management, and the execution of campaigns that drive trial and upsell growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and implement new marketing technologies.
- Lead integration of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Manage inbound leads and coordinate seamless handoff to sales.
- Plan and execute strategies to improve trial and upsell conversion rates.
- Design, build and maintain reporting on e‑commerce activity.
- Run conversion tests and experiments, measuring results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise landing pages and marketing funnels.
- Assess customer experience across channels and improve user funnels.
- Research emerging technologies for potential adoption.
Required profile
- BS/MS degree in finance, economics, mathematics, science, marketing or a related field.
- 5‑8 years of experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce.
- Proven experience optimising landing pages and user funnels.
