Marketing & Public Relations Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing and Public Relations Supervisor will lead Braxtone Group’s branding, design, and communications initiatives. This role combines strategic brand management, design oversight, public relations, and government liaison to strengthen market positioning and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding strategies, maintain brand guidelines, and monitor market trends and competitor branding.
• Plan and manage the social media calendar across platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice.
• Represent Braxtone Group at industry events, networking functions, and public forums.
• Supervise the design team, provide direction, and collaborate with external agencies to produce visually aligned materials.
• Create internal and external marketing collateral, including event leaflets, proposals, and presentations.
• Manage all PR activities: press releases, media relations, corporate events, and crisis communication.
• Coordinate PR strategies with other business divisions to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
• Act as primary contact for government entities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining positive relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management and development of comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Strong background in supervising design teams and working with external creative agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage media relations, press communications, and crisis situations.
• Experience interacting with government bodies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and events simultaneously.
