Marketing Specialist – Brand Activation & Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand activation, manage campaigns and generate leads. Working closely with our internal marketing team and the central marketing hub, you will plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel programmes across digital and event platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and track marketing programmes including email, social media, website, digital campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with internal marketing colleagues and the central hub to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Create and design brand‑promotional visuals and layouts for various platforms.
• Support video capture and photo‑shoots for social media content.
• Maintain a monthly communication scorecard and report insights, recommendations and performance metrics.
• Deliver a defined number of qualified leads each month to support sales targets.
• Build and maintain a local asset bank for regular social content posting.
• Analyse campaign performance, response rates and feedback, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, planning and corporate identity (CI) updates in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Update customer data platforms such as Salesforce and implement automation to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content creation tools.
• Experience using Salesforce for customer data management.
