About the role
Mates is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead social media and content initiatives across Bahrain and Qatar. You will shape monthly marketing plans, understand local audience interests, and produce engaging visual content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly marketing plans for Bahrain and Qatar.
- Research local audience trends and community interests.
- Create photo and video assets for Instagram and TikTok.
- Collaborate with influencers and user‑generated content creators.
- Identify and recommend relevant events and activation opportunities.
- Manage end‑to‑end execution of campaigns in both markets.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong creative sense for content and social media.
- Excellent research and market‑understanding abilities.
- Capability to develop ideas based on local community interests.
- Independent management of both Bahrain and Qatar markets.
- Experience working with influencers and UGC creators.
