Marketplace Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow Junaid Perfumes’ presence on leading e‑commerce marketplaces across the GCC, including Amazon, Noon and other regional platforms. The role combines day‑to‑day account management with strategic expansion, catalog optimisation and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the company’s marketplace accounts on Amazon, Noon and other platforms, ensuring compliance with policies and high performance.
• Identify new marketplace opportunities in the GCC and internationally, lead end‑to‑end onboarding and launch of new sales channels.
• Create, upload and maintain high‑quality product listings, optimise titles, descriptions, keywords, images and attributes for visibility and conversion.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment with supply‑chain teams and adjust pricing, promotions and campaigns based on market trends.
• Track sales performance and marketplace KPIs, analyse trends and produce weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support and optimise marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) to maximise ROAS.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
