About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Budaiya, Bahrain, preparing and serving high‑quality matcha beverages. The position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience who are eager to start a career in the hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare matcha drinks according to company recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the preparation area.
- Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of matcha supplies and report shortages.
Required profile
- Female candidates only.
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
