Mid-Level Fullstack Developer

About the role

Raincode is looking for a Mid-Level Fullstack Developer to join client projects as an independent contributor. You will own features and modules across the entire technology stack, work with minimal supervision, and actively engage in technical discussions and code reviews with client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver complete features or modules for client projects.
• Participate in client code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with client architects and technical leads on design decisions.
• Mentor junior developers on both Raincode and client teams when needed.
• Optimize application performance based on client requirements.
• Adapt quickly to diverse client technology stacks, tools, and development processes.
• Contribute to client documentation and knowledge bases.
• Identify and communicate technical risks or improvement opportunities to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional fullstack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework.
• Solid backend development experience using multiple technologies.
• Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Experience working independently in client environments.
• Excellent communication skills for client‑facing work.
• Professional demeanor and strong client‑service orientation.
