Occupational Therapist

About the role

The Occupational Therapist will join Reach Behavior and Development Center in Saar, Bahrain, providing comprehensive assessment and treatment for children with autism and other developmental disorders. This full‑time, on‑site position works within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality occupational therapy services across home, center, school, and community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments for pediatric clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, behavior analysts, and other professionals.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions.

Required profile

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Bahrain or eligibility to obtain one.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working in pediatric settings, preferably with autism or developmental disorders.
• Strong observation, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
