About the role
The Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultant will lead CX/CLM discovery workshops, configure Oracle Enterprise Contracts and Fusion Sales/Service modules, and ensure seamless integration with downstream systems. You will work closely with data migration, integration, and reporting teams to deliver end‑to‑end contract and customer lifecycle solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead CX/CLM discovery, CRP1/fit‑to‑standard and CRP2/TO‑BE workshops covering customer journeys, revenue contracts, sales interactions, enquiries, complaints and service requests.
- Configure and validate Oracle Enterprise Contracts, including templates, clauses, approvals, obligations, amendments, renewals and billing triggers.
- Configure and validate Oracle Fusion Sales and Service for customers, accounts, opportunities, interactions and service requests.
- Define functional boundaries between Enterprise Contracts, Sales/Service, Financials, Procurement and AMS to prevent master‑data duplication.
- Own CX/CLM sections of configuration baselines, document standard‑vs‑extension decisions and produce migration requirements.
- Define functional integration requirements for contract, asset, billing, e‑signature and AMS interfaces; validate design specifications.
- Design role‑based approvals, commercial workflows and dashboards aligned with delegation of authority and audit requirements.
- Prepare and support SIT, E2E and UAT scenarios, and provide cut‑over, production validation and hyper‑care support.
Required profile
- 8‑10+ years of consulting experience with Oracle CX, contracts or commercial systems.
- At least two full‑cycle Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts implementations and strong Oracle Sales/Service experience.
- Proven experience integrating Enterprise Contracts with ERP Financials/Receivables via OIC or equivalent.
- Hands‑on experience with customer/contract data migration, commercial workflows, SIT/UAT and go‑live support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field; Oracle CX/Enterprise Contracts certification is a plus.
